John Galloway of The Velocast podcast was spoilt for choice on Stage 10 of Le Tour de France with several riders catching his eye. In the end, though he's gone for Luke Rowe of Team INEOS as his Conquistador of the Day.

For the second day running John Galloway of The Velocast podcast selects the stage winner as his Conquistador of the Day. Daryl Impey of Mitchelton-Scott took the plaudits for an expertly executed win from the breakaway to give him his debut Grant Tour stage win on Stage 9 of the 2019 Tour de France.
