The Velocast Podcast's John Galloway selects his Tour de France 2019 Conquistador of the Day for Stage 13, an individual time trial around Pau. Julian Alaphilippe of Deceuninck - Quick-Step was the winner with Geraint Thomas of Team INEOS second and Thomas De Gendt of Lotto Soudal third.
