Stage 10 of Le Tour was especially damp and wet due to fog and rain. After a fullgas start to the day up to an altitude of 2408M.
After the crazy start the bunch settled down a little for the remainder of the stage. Patrick eventually finished the day in 112th place.
Back in his hotel room Koni had enough energy left to invent a fantastic improvised shoe-dryer. Usually its designed to keep towels warm, but with a little inspiration it will hopefully have Patrick's shoes and cool carbon insoles dry and warm in time for the morning. Every cyclist who ever had to put on wet shoes knows how welcome this little device will be to Patrick tonight!
