Held at night, on brakeless, fixed-gear track bikes, in the centre of Brooklyn, Barcelona, Milan & London, the Red Hook Crit series represents the ultimate in spectacular urban bike racing. The series has grown beyond all expectation, and now attracts some of the best criterium racers, male and female, from around the world. In the above feature from Conquista issue 3, photographer François Lebeau captures the atmosphere and action of this unique series.
