Another transition stage today as the race moves from the Pyrenees towards the Alps, and a day when the GC teams seemed content to let the break go. Vossi tried again to get in the winning move, but after many attacks he unluckily missed the move of the day.
But hope remains for more attacks tomorrow – his legs are good, and after a night in this Grand Hotel – anything is possible!
