Bourg-Saint-Andéol > La Caverne du Pont-d'Arc was the first Individual Time Trial of the 2016 race.
The official race manual or "roadbook" includes all the essential information for each stage of the race. The information helps the riders and management of the teams prepare for the stage ahead.
It includes, maps, profiles and special detail of the final 5KM.
Although many key stages will be reconned by teams and riders well ahead of the race, riders often use the time in their hotel room the night before to revise the key details in order to be ready for the next day.
