Edinburgh based illustrator and designer, Rebecca J Kaye, has created a website, Middle of Nowhere, inspired by empty roads and breathtaking scenery. The website strives to uncover the quiet places that are waiting on your doorstep.
This is a beautiful collection of images of nowhere that is somewhere and waiting to be discovered.
So far Middle of Nowhere documents the following rides:
- Aberfeldy, Perthshire;
- Blair Atholl, Perthshire;
- St Boswells, Scottish Borders;
- Black Isle, Ross and Cromarty;
- Gullane, East Lothian;
- Peebles, Scottish Borders;
- Lochiner, Sutherland;
- Innerleithen, Scottish Borders.
Collaborators include Jamie Gallagher of Paniagua, Matthew Burton, Dan Mather and frame builder, Tom Donhou.
